Registration & Sponsorship opportunities cut-off date: January 7th!

JDUG 2027 Exhibitor Base Package is $5,250. The package includes 100 square feet of booth space, one table, two chairs, electrical outlets, wastebasket, carpet, complimentary WiFi, and company listing in the mobile app.  

The 2027 JDUG Conference fee is $1,350 and includes the following: General Session, lunch, and Dealer Reception on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday, and all snacks provided throughout the event. Please note: The conference fee is not included in the booth price.

Package can be upgraded. See below for pricing details.

Late Booth Fee Package: Attendees registering a booth after January 7, 2027, 11:59pm CST will be charged a booth package fee of $6,250. 

Late Attendee Fee: Attendees registering after January 14, 2027, 11:59pm CST will be charged a conference fee of $1,450.

Payment is due within 60 days of registration or by February 1, whichever comes first.

Attendee Registration: Exhibitors must cancel their registration by January 14th to receive a refund. Cancellations received after January 14th will be charged the total amount of the registration fee. "No shows" will be charged the full registration fee. 

Booth Cancellation: Exhibitors must cancel their Booth registration by January 7th to receive a refund. Cancellations received after January 7th will be charged the total amount of the booth fee. "No shows" will be charged the full registration fee.
